Exporting Reports

From the Workplace Central Admin Forms page Administrators are able to export a report of all forms by clicking on the 'Export' icon for the form you wish to run a report on.  Please note the Administrator will need to be the Owner or Manager of the form to view all submitted form data.

This will produce a report listing all the fields in the form, please contact the ERM Online Support Team if you would like to have a customised report which provides key fields from the form.

You are then able to add filters such as:

  • Status - if you are wanting to include 'All Open' and 'Finalised' forms, ensure you change the status option from the drop down
  • Date From/To - if you are looking for results for a certain time frame you can enter a date range

You then select to either preview the report on screen or have the report emailed to you as an XLS or CSV file.
