You can view email notifications by using the Advanced Search option to search for the form.
Once you have located the form, click on the form information on the left and the details will appear on the right. Click on the 'Emails' tab.
If you have workflow / approval processes or any additional email notifications, confirmation of them being sent will appear in this log.
If they appear here they have left the ERM Online server, if you the recipient has not received it, please check your internal spam and firewall settings prior to contacting support@ermonline.com.au.
