Below are instructions on how to access the system, set up linked accounts, change your password or what to do if you get locked out of your account or forget your password .
If your Organisation uses Single Sign On (SSO) you will automatically be logged into ERM Online and your Dashboard will display.
If you do not have SSO, you would have received a welcome email asking you to set up password to activate your account.
Your Welcome email contained:
- Your Username - which is generally your email, however in the case where you share an email address or have a role in ERM Online, you will be assigned a Username.
- A link to set up your password and activate your account.
- The following URL's are to be used to access the system and are based on your industry site:
- Education: https://secure.ermonline.com.au/education/
- Financial Services: https://secure.ermonline.com.au/financialservices/
- Hospitality: https://secure.ermonline.com.au/hospitality/
- Workers Compensation: https://secure.ermonline.com.au/workerscomp/
- Please save the relevant link.
- Do not reuse the password setup link sent in the 'Welcome Email' as this was a one time link.
- When the URL is clicked, you will be taken to the logon screen.
What if I get an error?
If you receive an error or are asked to contact the Administrator, it usually means that ERM Online cannot locate your email address or your account is in a status of 'Pending' due to previous reset password emails being sent but not actioned.
Please email the ERM Online Support Team advising your Username and Organisation so they can assist in giving you access to your account.
If your organisation has enabled the Linked Accounts feature, you have the ability to link your Google, LinkedIn or Office 365 Account.
To do this:
- Click on the User Menu icon in the top right hand side of your screen and select 'Linked Accounts'.
- Click the Provider you wish to link by clicking the 'Link' button. You will then be taken to the relevant log on page where you will be asked to 'Choose an account'. Enter your credentials which will then link to your ERM Online User account. To remove a link, click 'Remove Link'.
- To log into ERM Online via the linked account, from the sign on page click on the relevant 'Sign in with' button. Please note you do not complete the Username and Password field and click the 'Sign in with' button.
If you could like to change your password at any time:
- Click on the person icon found in the top right hand-side of your screen
- Select 'Change Password' and follow the instructions.
Remember to update any saved passwords in your browser so you are not locked out.
