The following instructions show you how to set up your profile once the app has been installed on your device.
Go to Google Play or the App Store to download the ERM Online App.
Please select the relevant instructions:
Non Single Sign On – Users that need to enter an ERM Username and Password to access the platform.
Single Sign On – Users that don’t enter an ERM Username and Password to log into the platform.
If you are unsure of which option to select, please contact your manager or your IT support.
Step 1. Add Mobile Number
Click the Cog icon in the top right handside of screen.
Click the '>' and enter your mobile number.
Step 2. Add Profile
Click the ‘+’ icon to create your profile
Complete ‘Profile Name’ – either enter your Role or name.
Select your ‘Industry‘ from the drop down i.e. CCX360, Education, Financial Services or Hospitality.
Select your Login Type as Standard – If you use an email/username and password to log into ERM Online.
Enter your ERM Online Username and Password.
Click Save.
The following screen will appear, confirming your Profile has been set up.
Step 3. Logging In
From the log in screen select your ‘Profile’ and click ‘Login’
Your ‘Welcome Screen’ will appear.
Please note that the layout will vary depending on your phone type and text size settings.
If you have any problems please email the ERM Online Support Team for assistance, please ensure to include your Organisation, Username and email address.
Step 1. Add Mobile Number
Click the Cog icon in the top right hand side of screen.
Click the ‘>’ and enter your mobile number.
Step 2. Add Profile
Click the ‘+’ icon to create your profile
Complete Profile Name – either enter your Role or name.
Select your ‘Industry‘ from the drop down i.e. CCX360, Education, Financial Services or Hospitality.
Select your ‘Login Type’ as follows:
OKTA – Single Sign On
Azure – Windows Single Sign On
NB ADFS is not currently supported on the app
Once an option is chosen the Username and Password options disappear
Click Save.
Step 3. Profile Set Up
The following screen will appear.
Click the '←' arrow.
Click Login.
Step 4. Authenticate your Login
The first time you log into the app you will need to confirm your email.
Please note this is using Azure SSO on an Android phone, processes may differ with Apple and other SSO methods.
Step 5. Logging In
From the log in screen select your Profile and click Login.
Your Welcome Screen will appear. Please note that the layout will vary depending on your phone type and text size settings.
