Contractor Entry is an add-on feature within our Facilities Module, requiring an iPad or similar device to sign in.
Contractors are greeted with a fully customisable welcome screen, allowing you to showcase your venue's logo. Organisations managing multiple venues can display specific welcome messages for each location.
The system validates all company and individual site requirements and notifies internal contacts based on the reason for the visit. Additionally, the QR Code generated offers extra access options, ensuring contractors can sign in even when sign-in terminals are unavailable.
If at any stage during the sign in process the contractors details cannot be verified, they are provided with prompts to complete and the site nominated contact is notified to review and approve the sign in. The contractor will not be permitted entry until this approval is given.
