Accessing Contractor Entry is done within the Facilities Central in the left navigation.
Users are required to have a combination of roles and categories allocated to them in order to be able to to use Contractor Entry.
The roles applicable are:-
Administrator - Contractor Entry
Users allocated with this role be able to access:
- Contractors
- Create new Contractor
- Invite Contractor and/or contractor Employee
- View ALL certificate details
- Analysis - Access to Contractor Details
- Contractor Entry
- View Contractor Employee details
- Able to approve or deny entry.
User - Contractor Entry
- Contractor Entry
- View Contractor Employee details
- Able to approve or deny entry.
User - Contractor Entry - Site Contact
Users allocated with this role will be listed as the site contact for visit reasons.
Note: the role Administrator - Certificates will be also be required for any user identified as a Facilities Manager for any of the visit reasons.
