Click on People Central in the left navigation and then 'Analysis' on the far right hand side to locate the Skill Gap Matrix button.
The Skill Gap Matrix allows you to run a report of all employees within a position group and displays any gaps of competencies not acquired. You can also include staff without skill gaps by clicking on that option.
You can export these results by clicking on the 'Export' button.
