This widget gives you an overview of the forms that have been submitted year to date and up to previous five years. There is also the ability to further drill down on the forms e.g. months completed and description etc.
Please note you will only be able to view the form statistics if you are the Owner or Manager of the form.
To view the forms completed during a particular period, click on the downward arrow for the form will display the totals of the form by year and month.
You can further drill down on this information by clicking on the number within the month to display the Form ID's.
Click the Form ID number to open the form for more information.
