Document Library - Overview

Using the document library in Workplace Central ensures that all documents are housed in one area, staff can always access the current version, and that documents are reviewed and updated on a regular basis through tasks if required.  

Accessing the document library is via Workplace Central / Admin which takes you to the Documents & Reviews page.

The documents viewed here will depend on access the user has in regards to:

  • Category - users must have been assigned the category the document is saved to
  • Tree Node - documents can be saved to the top tree node for organisation access or at a specific tree node for department access

From this page those with the role Administrator or Manager Document Module are able to click the relevant icon under Actions to :

Anyone with the role - User Document Module will be able to

  • Preview the document
  • Download the document
