Employee Competencies Settings can be found by selecting People Central in the left hand navigation and clicking on 'Settings' on the far right hand side.
By clicking on the individual buttons you can configure the following:-
View/change:
- who receives the email list of Employees whose competencies are expiring
- who receives the email list of Employees whose activities are expiring
- who receives the email list of Employees whose Working With Children card (if applicable) is expiring
- the notification days or email wording of the notification of an expiring competency email
- the notification days or email wording of the notification of an expiring activity email
- the email wording of the notification to complete an Online Activity Form
