'Invite User' email - emailing Users their logon details

Please note the following information is for Non Single Sign On Clients

Upon creating a new user, you may want to 'Invite' them to the platform and set their own password.  

Via Administration in the left hand side navigation and clicking on the Users button, visible next to the Users details is an 'Invite User' button.

If this is not visible, contact the ERM Online Support Team to have this feature enabled.

Upon clicking on the 'Invite User' button, the email template will appear for you to check and send when ready.

The user will receive the email with a link to activate their account and the status of their user profile will be 'Pending'.  Please note that the link is only valid for 48hrs and if not activated during this time you will need to resent the Invite User email.

They will not be able to logon until they reset their password and any email notifications set up for the User will not be sent until their account is activated via resetting their password.

To resend the 'Invite User' email if the link has expired, go to User and change the status from 'Pending' to 'Active' and click 'Save'.  Refresh the screen and the 'Invite User' button will reappear.  Click the 'Invite User' button.
