Adding and/or Updating Contractor Employee Details

If using the Contractor Portal and in particular Contractor Entry, an up-to-date list of your the Contractor employees that are sent on-site will be required.

All employee information and any employee certificate requirements including things like Induction are visible via the 'Employees' icon.

 



Click on the relevant icon and all employee names will be displayed.

Adding a New Employee
To add a new employee, click on the '+New Employee' button, complete all mandatory and relevant fields and then click on the submit button.

Please note if you are using a mobile device to complete the information, when you click on the 'Select File' field, this will allow you to either upload a file or take a photo depending on what device you are using.

Once the information has been saved, you will see the new employee appear on the screen with a status of 'Pending Approval', awaiting review and acceptance by the Organisation requesting the information. 

If you need to make a change to the employee information you have submitted, you can click on the pencil icon which will then display the employee information and allow you to make the necessary changes.
