Editing or cancelling an existing Work Order Request

Editing Details of the Original Work Order Request Cancelling the Work Order Request

Follow these steps to make changes to the original request:-

  1. Go to Facilities Central in the left hand side navigation
  2. Locate the request you want to amend
  3. Click on the request to display the information on the right hand side
  4. Click the 'Edit Request' button
  5. Make required changes 
  6. Click on the 'Submit' button


N/B This can only be done if there are no Contractors assigned to the request either by removing or cancelling the Contractor.
